Here at ChildrenFormalAttire.com we want to provide the best customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item here is our policy.
1. If there is an error or discrepancy with an order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
2. All returns require a return authorization (RA) number. The RA number must be obtained within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
3. Returned items must be shipped with all documentation and with the RA number within 14 days of issuing the RA number.
4. If we made a mistake with your order or if your item is defective, we will not charge you for shipping costs to return items. If the mistake was yours or if simply the sizing is not right then you must pay the shipping cost.
5. We are unable to accept returned items that have been damaged by you or that are missing original pieces. Examples of items that are NOT returnable are:
- Soiled (mother's makeup stains, baby stains, grease stains, food stains, etc.)
- Permeated by tobacco or other strong odors.
- Incomplete sets (missing a keepsake bag, heirloom hanger, slip, bonnet, hat, etc.)
- Damaged by customer.
- Weather, water or sun damage.
Your order will ship the next business day (Monday through Friday). If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday it will ship the next business day which would be Monday.
Things to Consider When Choosing Your Shipping Options
- Contact Us if you need your item right away (like this weekend). We are happy to help you choose a shipping option that will meet your needs.
- UPS Second Day Air delivery (UPS 2 Day) does not delivery on Saturday.
- UPS Next Day Air delivery (UPS Overnight) does not deliver on Saturday.
